Local 1121 Online Meeting Updates

Local 1121 members: Are you planning on attending the February meeting via Webinar? If so, we have some important changes to announce along with steps to help you through the process.

What’s changing?

The emails for the Webinar registration will be sent out on the Monday prior to the meeting opposed to the day before. Additionally, you will now be required to register for the Webinar no later than 3 PM on the day of the meeting.

HOW TO ATTEND UNION MEETINGS VIA WEBINAR

  • On the Monday prior to the meeting, you will receive an email asking you to register for the monthly meeting.
  • Click the link provided in the email to submit your name and email address. Please register no later than 3:00 PM the day of the meeting.

  •  Your registration will then be recorded and approved by a moderator to ensure that the Webinar is being attended by Local 1121 members only.
    • Once approved, you will receive an email containing the Webinar link. Select “Join Webinar” a few minutes prior to the meeting start time. You will not be able to join the Webinar if you click on this button after the meeting starts.

    • In the text box that will be displayed on the Webinar, please feel free to ask questions. Member comments will be addressed in the order they are received.
